POLICIES
Modern websites have all kinds of requirements, like "terms and conditions" pages and privacy policies and stuff. So here's what we're going to do about that.

We are two individual volunteers coordinating a social event. We do not have a business entity or a legal department to write policies for us, so we are relying on civility, common sense, transparency and trust.

SOURCES AND USES OF FUNDS
The money we are collecting via ticket sales for this event will be used primarily to pay for the catered lunch at the Holiday Inn, and secondarily for related expenses such as this website, decorations and goodies to make the event more fun, and whatever incidental costs or fees we need to pay in order to make this event happen.

The amount you are paying is equal to or less than the cost of having you at the event. Casey Cowell and other generous (and anonymous) supporters have contributed funds to sponsor the event and allow us to do more cool stuff without increasing the cost of the tickets.

TERMS
By using this website and purchasing a ticket to the reunion, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms. Mostly that means you agree that we can collect the information we need (like contact info and payment info) to collect your money, keep you informed, and make the event happen. You agree not to be a jerk on the forums, and that if you are, we can delete your posts. You agree that the money you pay us is not refundable (because the event contract payments are not refundable), but if for some reason the event has to be canceled, we'll try our best to give back at least some of your money if we possibly can.

If you made an advance contribution toward your event ticket, you WILL receive that money back when you purchase your ticket. Nobody will pay more than $50 total to attend the event (unless you really want to). Details on the ticket purchase page and the FAQ.

PRIVACY
We are not going to share, sell, or otherwise misuse your personal information. Our website was created with Wix, and Wix uses standard data security protocols to keep your data safe while we do have it. After the event, our plan is to delete the site unless we all agree that, say, we want to keep the forums or do this again next year or something. We'll have that conversation at the reunion and of course you'll always have the ability to delete your account or opt out of future events or activities.

CONDUCT
We do not have a formal code of conduct. We're all adults and we've known each other for a long time. Let's just be excellent to each other and not sweat the details. We have one rule: don't make us make any more rules!
